  • 7-8 bundles of fresh red loboda
  • 1 optional stevia binder
  • 2 suitable carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 small celery (root and a few leaves)
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 link green larch
  • 1 link parsley
  • 1 dried onion optionally
  • 1 link green onion
  • 2 cloves of green garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 l bag
  • 4 egg yolks 2 eggs

RECIPE PREPARATION Wolf soup:

We clean and wash the vegetables well, especially loboda and stevia in many waters. The carrots and the bleach are cleaned and passed through a large grater. Chop the onion and garlic with the leaves and then fry in oil. Add the carrots and the bleach and heat a little more. Pour water over them, preferably boiling so as not to stop boiling. Add the diced potatoes (I used a special shape) and after they have boiled in half, put the diced zucchini, loboda and stevia cut into suitable strips. Boil the borscht with an onion and a few sprigs of larch and pour into the soup. I beat the 2 eggs a little and throw them in the pot as soon as I took it off the heat. Separately, mix the yolks well with about 200 ml of sour cream that I took out of the fridge some time before. After the soup has cooled, gradually add a little juice to the cream and mix well. After I brought them to the same temperature, I poured the mixture into the soup. I put ½ of the amount of greens during cooking and the rest when I turn off the heat. Season with salt and then it's good to serve cold from the fridge sprinkled with fresh greens and the rest of the cream.

Tip: For a special taste and color, use as many bundles of red loboda and fatter cream as possible. Given the fact that the soup is served cold, so as not to be nauseous, the vegetables are fried in a little oil. Add a handful of freshly chopped larch to the plate and you will serve this soup all summer long.

How about a healthy and delicious loboda soup, which will help you take advantage of the rich greens & vitamins of spring? Here is a recipe that will make you lick your fingers.

  • 6 red loboda ties
  • 1 link green onions
  • 2-3 new potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 larch connection
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 500 ml borscht

More carefully, we choose the loaf that we wash 4-5 times in cold water and let it drain in a sieve. Meanwhile, put about 2 liters of water to boil with a teaspoon of salt. When the water boils, add the loboda. We let it boil for a few minutes, take it out of the pot and drain it.

We wash the carrots, potatoes and onions, cut them into cubes and boil them in the wolfberry juice. After boiling, add the chopped loboda over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Separately, put the borscht in a kettle and let it boil. Then we pour the pot over the soup. Add parsley and larch

If you are not fasting and want to add extra flavor, you can serve it with yogurt or sm & acircnt & acircnă.

When I was a child I didn't really like soups and broths, although my mother and grandmothers were extremely good in the kitchen and made them delicious.

If in the past soup was a kind of evil necessary for me, which my family insisted on eating, today it is the most comforting dish there is, especially if made by my mother.

I'm from Transylvania and, until I moved to Bucharest at 18, I didn't care stevia and werewolf.

When it comes to greens, I remember nettle soup or salad soup and the strong taste of tarragon in soups and broths in general.

Until this year, I said that I had nothing to lose if I did not take advantage of these leaves that populate the first markets in the capital, therefore, I never bought them.

Then came the pandemic of covid-19 & # 8230

During the isolation period, out of the desire to limit our shopping trips and to support Romanian agriculture, we ordered seasonal fruits and vegetables from local producers.

Among other goodies, we also received these delicious leaves, which we ended up consuming weekly, in various dishes.

Honestly, the first time I didn't even know what stevia and loboda are eaten (literally) or what they taste like, what I can combine them with.

Then I made a risotto with stevia and loboda, which turned me on my back.

I ate of it like a goat.

Then some pasta with stevia and wolfberry pesto and then this soup from which even the child ate with an indescribable appetite. We didn't even have time to sit down at the table as he finished half the plate.

Mommy, this isn't soup, it's liquid salad.

Not in vain sprout alone, without being cultivated, these greens among the early spring and they grow unhindered, either through the gardens of the village, or on the pastures on the hill and mountain.

They play a very important role in nutrition.

Sour wolfberry soup with pickle juice

After so many heavy meals at the Easter holidays, this sour lobster soup with pickle juice is a real delicacy.

And because I did and beef salad, juice from pickles I kept it because the soups are very good for sour.


Put a pot with 2 l of water to boil.

Wash the werewolf leaves well in 2-3 waters and let them drain.

Peel an onion, finely chop it and put it to harden in hot oil. We only leave it until it starts to become glassy.

Add the diced and chopped carrot and mix with the onion. Add a few drops of hot water.

When the carrot is slightly penetrated, add the tomato paste with the peppers and mix well all the ingredients in the bowl.

Let the sauce boil for 4-5 minutes, then add the rice and top with hot water.

When the rice is almost hydrated, add the chopped loboda fringes, and after 5 minutes, add the pickle juice.

We leave sour wolfberry soup with pickle juice boil for at least 10 minutes, during which time we match the taste with salt.

Then turn off the heat and add the chopped green larch.

We serve delicious sour lobster soup with pickle juice, with green onions, or with red onions.

It is tasty both hot and cold.
