Put a little olive oil in a large pan and add finely chopped green onions. When the onion becomes transparent, put the outlaw pastrami, after it has browned, add 2 tablespoons of butter and green peas {use frozen peas, not from the jar}, leave it on the fire for another 3.4 minutes, then cook the pasta. In a large pot put boiling water with a little salt, when it boils add the pasta and stir from time to time. After boiling, place a strainer over the pot and pour the pasta into it to store the water in which they boiled, they do not need to be washed after boiling. Place the pasta in a heat-resistant dish without draining it and add half a cup of the water in which they boiled. Season with a little salt and pepper, add the cheese pieces and the composition from the pan. Grate a little cheese on top and put in the oven at 180 C for 15, 20 minutes.

5 / 5 - 2 Review (s)

Wash the chicken breasts well and then cut them in half. It would be preferable to remove the muscle to get nice slices of meat, I left it.

In a glass bowl put the water with the sugar and salt and mix until it dissolves then add the peppercorns and bay leaves. Put the meat, cover with plastic wrap and keep the dish in the fridge for 24 hours.

Then remove the meat, wash it well with cold water and dry it with a paper towel.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, put the meat in a narrower bowl, pour the marinade and grease the meat on all sides so that it is covered everywhere with the marinade. Cover the bowl again with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

We tie the meat well and cook it together with the sauce for an hour. Then raise the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove the meat, let it cool well and then keep it in the chicken breast pastrami in the fridge until we use it.

I hope you try the recipe and write to me if you liked it.

Outlaw places and dishes

Whoever has walked, with or without work, through the wonderful Carpathian garden, will be noticed, perhaps, as frequent as the names of food stops and movements related to outlaws and boyars. Only shepherds seem to enjoy such a culinary fame!

For the traveler, surrounded by hunger and thirst, it is less important who the outlaws were and what they did. After all, staying on an empty heart does not matter that the outlaws were wicked robbers, nor that they were righteous and merciful people who plundered the rich and helped the poor, but that the outlaws cared more for themselves, and for themselves.

We find out about such beginnings, for example, from the "folkloristic materials" collected by Grigore G. Tocilescu and Christea N. Ţapu: / The boyars all got up, / With c & acircntari that he received it, / And at the table that he craved it (& hellip) And the boyars drank, did not drink, / Corbea drank p & acircn-drunk / And at the table what m & acircnca? / Only fish and sorrel / And caracuda feather, / I heard from the old & acircni / That is a better fish. & Rdquo (C & acircntecul lui Corbea).

& Icircntr a similar ballad scenario, the outlaw Miu is put g & acircnd bad & icircn during a meal with fish and tender mouse: & bdquoOnly blind and postrugă / And yellow caracuda / And mouse / Of piglet, / Passes the deities through it. & RdquC & acircntecul lui Miu outlaw) another outlaw, Toma Alimoş, & icircşi invites the rival to a fraternal feast, & icircn before taking him & icircn knife: & bdquoŞezi at the table to m & acircncăm / And to drink, to cheer, / To crack the pistols. We don't care about anyone & rdquo (Toma Alimoş).

If we have always suggested that the culinary fame of the outlaws has to do, even literary, with the Dionysian abysses of the land, it would not be pointless to add, in the Apollonian way, that in today's Roman world it is difficult to find a place to rest. which would not have been, symbolically speaking, of the rebels loved by the people. All you have to do is search Google for a place to shop and, hopefully, find some outlaw places. For example, outlaws are the cellar, the cottage, the hut, the mansion, the wine cellar, the inn, the pension, the inn, the restaurant, the barn, the terrace, the tavern or the hearth. For some individuals who lived in the woods and were always on the run, the real estate patrimony of the gun-cracking inns does not look bad at all! & Icircn Bucharest there is even a & bdquoFast Food Outlaw & rdquo.

At such a variety of places of rest, it would be expected that the outlaw menu would be even more, and our appetite and hopes are not deceived, because the outlaws did not eat me, but ate in abundance. Only then, with their bellies full, did they hit & bdquocolea down, at Slătioare / At the greatest boyar! & Rdquo (At the edge of the forest). God forbid the harmful consequences of outlaw parties!

A quick glance at the outlaw's movements seems to mirror the fact that the outlaws ate everything that moved, whether it was the skies of the sky, the beasts of the earth, or the creatures of the waters. What else could be said when we find that birds, animals and fish can be cooked, boiled, roasted or fried? Outlaws? And the order of the goods is, of course, outlaw.

After an outlaw omelet (eggs, cheese, ham, tomatoes), an outlaw snack (c & acircrnăciori, pastrami and polenta) or after an outlaw dish (wings, liver, ham, schnitzels, cheese, potatoes) and blackberries. soup or an outlaw soup, followed by, after all, a neck, a chop or a tochitură, outlaws, of course. The salad and the stew can also be outlaws, and whoever has money can get even more outlawed with a piglet.

For international food lovers, some rebels have also created Italian specialties such as Valdostana and pizza, both outlaws.

At a quiet hour, lovers of Romanian cuisine can enjoy themselves, despite the funerary sound, with lamb in the pit, cooked miserably, as in Old and new beaks: & bdquoHoţii came out of the forest, slaughtered & in a moment all the lambs, took out their skins and, sewing them again with their skins on the skin, entered the forest and, stirring with some hairs a charcoal made of icing. the inquisition could have burned a hundred heretics, for all the lambs. (& hellip).

During this time, another group of squirrels was laying a table of grass on the green grass, others were making polenta, some of them were boiling eggs and cleaning onions and green garlic, which they placed around the places where the guests would sit. As the whole crowd of thugs set about preparing this original feast, there was a crack like a bomb coming out of a cannon. Blanket made a quick and convulsive motion, and the chief of the guards, the man with whom he had conversed before, seeing him frightened, said, smiling, "What, lady, have you been frightened?" - No, but. Tell me, where does this sound come from? "This sound will say, ladies, it's time to dine." "I don't understand anything." - Look! He said, pointing to two twigs that had taken a lamb out of the tomb of flames, and soaking it with a kind of sauce composed of wine mixed with crushed garlic and salt. The crack that scared you came from this lamb. "And why did the lamb crack, brother?" "Because it's fried enough." "But what are those strong men doing with the donkey?" - & Icircl sprinkle with wine and wrap it & icircn p & acircnză, so that the beautiful smell does not come out & rdquo.

For starters, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, ie in boiling water and salt, for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the milk mixed with sugar (cough and vanilla), and when the pasta is half cooked, add them to that container. You don't need to rinse them with water, just drain them.

Let the dish boil until the pasta is ready. Towards the end, add the vanilla essence, lemon peel or cinnamon sprinkle, depending on what you have on hand and your preferences. Also, in a modern interpretation, when serving you can grate the chocolate on top of the milk pasta. After the preparation is ready, take the container off the heat, leave it to cool a bit, then put it in bowls and serve with your eyes closed, to better feel the aromas of childhood.

You missed eating milk with pasta? Now that you remember the recipe and the method of preparation that your grandmother and mother used, try to prepare this delicious dessert of the most beautiful years of your life.
