Tiramisu original recipe
Prepare the coffee for a while before it cools down until we start the tiramisu. The amount of coffee differs depending on how much tiramisu we make. In the coffee we will add whiskey according to our preferences.
After the coffee has cooled, we start making the creams. We use 250 ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and an envelope of vanilla cream from Dr. Oetker, mix with the mixer. When the cream becomes quite homogeneous, add a little whiskey to taste. We will do the same with the other envelope of chocolate cream from Dr. Oetker.
Later we move on to making the cake.
Add a layer of vanilla cream, a row of biscuits passed through the coffee (leave the biscuits in the coffee for about 2 seconds, no more because they will soften much too much) then add the chocolate cream and so on until finished and biscuits and creams. Add whipped cream on top and grate the chocolate.
